Menachem started his career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where he spent his early years in criminal court trying cases for clients who had no other access to skilled representation. That foundation — a high-volume, high-stakes courtroom practice — informs everything he does today, from the way he reads a contract to the way he walks a jury through a civil claim.

His civil practice now spans contract review and negotiation, business disputes, and a broad range of civil litigation matters. Clients in every corner of South Florida — entrepreneurs, business owners, individuals navigating complicated insurance and commercial issues — come to Menachem because his counsel is straightforward, honest, and grounded in two decades of trial experience.

Inside the firm, Menachem is known as a wordsmith. He drafts and argues with a precision that is hard to teach, and his calm, steady presence in negotiations is one of the firm's defining strengths. Outside of cases, he is one of the partners who insists most loudly that the firm stay accessible — that the door stays open for the people who need legal help and can't always pay top-market rates to get it.

Suzanne joined the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office in 2005 and spent the next ten years there, building a courtroom practice across high-volume criminal dockets and, eventually, the office's specialized insurance fraud unit. The work in that unit was unusual: it gave her line-of-sight into how insurance carriers, their special investigations units (SIUs), and law enforcement actually build cases against insureds — a perspective most plaintiff-side civil attorneys never see.

That background informs her practice today. Insurance disputes, fraud-adjacent matters, and complex civil claims are the places where her experience compounds: she knows what carriers look for, what they exaggerate, and where their investigations tend to break down. For clients on the receiving end of an insurance denial, that knowledge translates directly into leverage.

Beyond the case work, Suzanne is a fluent Spanish speaker and a long-time member of Miami's Cuban-American community. She approaches client relationships with patience and care — a sensibility that comes naturally to someone who is also a wife, a mother, and an avid outdoors enthusiast outside of practice.
