Skilled legal help should be reachable. Our intake line is staffed 24/7, and our attorneys travel to hospitals, homes, and accident scenes when clients can't come to us.

The South Florida trial practice of OneCallLegal — built on direct attorney access, 24/7 availability, and a simple promise: the lawyer you meet is the lawyer who works your case.
The numbers behind the firm — experience, courtroom record, and reach.
OneCallLegal was founded on the principle that every client deserves the same preparation, resources, and persistence a major case receives — no matter the size of the claim.
All legal services are provided by the attorneys at OneCallLegal, with deep roots in the South Florida legal community and a practice that spans state and federal courts across Florida, New York, the District of Columbia, and Colorado. Over more than 20 years, our partners have tried cases at every level — from county civil dockets to federal litigation against multinational defendants.
The way we practice law is intentional. We answer the phone when you call. We don't hand your case to a paralegal and disappear. We don't refer you out to a third firm for a cut. When you sign with OneCallLegal, the attorney you meet is the attorney working your case — from intake through settlement or trial.
That model exists because the people who walk through our door are usually walking through the worst week of their life. They've been hit, hurt, blamed, denied, or pressured by an insurance company that knows the system better than they do. Our job is to level that playing field — quickly, clearly, and with the full weight of a trial-ready firm standing behind them.
These aren't marketing words. They're the working rules our partners hold one another to — and the standard every client should expect from the moment they call.
Skilled legal help should be reachable. Our intake line is staffed 24/7, and our attorneys travel to hospitals, homes, and accident scenes when clients can't come to us.
Every client speaks with the lawyer working their case. No referrals out. No handoffs to a junior associate. The attorney you meet is the attorney who tries your case.
We explain Florida law, insurance maneuvers, and case strategy in language you can act on. If you have a question, you get a straight answer — not a runaround.
Carriers reserve their lowball offers for firms that won't go to court. We prepare every file as if it's headed to trial — which is precisely why most settle for what they're actually worth.
Injury victims are people, not files. We treat every client — and every family member who calls on their behalf — with the respect and patience the moment requires.
Every personal injury case is contingency-based. There's no retainer, no hourly bill, and no out-of-pocket cost to begin. We only get paid if we recover compensation for you.
Our partners have tried cases at every level of Florida's courts — and have admitted in four jurisdictions across the country. Every client gets direct access to one of them.

Eric leads the firm's personal injury practice, with a concentration on auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and negligent security claims. Co-founder of OneCallLegal, Menachem brings more than 25 years of legal experience to the firm's civil and commercial practice. He began his career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and has since become a trusted legal advisor to entrepreneurs, business owners, and individual clients across South Florida. His work spans civil litigation, contract review, and business disputes — with a detail-oriented approach to claim valuation that has produced consistent recoveries on disputed and underpaid matters.

Suzanne brings more than a decade of courtroom experience to the firm's civil litigation practice, including 10 years as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office and time on its specialized insurance fraud unit. That background gives her an unusual fluency in both sides of the litigation table — an asset on injury, fraud, and insurance-adjacent matters where understanding the carrier's playbook is half the case. Her approach with clients is patient, methodical, and grounded in genuine empathy for what they are navigating.
